It was a beautiful day for golf. The event was well attended with a full slate of foursomes in both the morning and afternoon flights. I played in a foursome with Steve McNees and Charles Thomas. The most interesting comment from them was how impressed they were with Kwan Cheatham. It's way too early to make any guarantees , but he has such a good offensive game that if he can play any defense he has a chance to get some minutes next season. For a guy who is 6'9" he is a really good ball handler. He also can shoot off the dribble. What makes that interesting is this from the Zips Media guide.

2 Kwan Cheatham (0/0) F 6-9 233 Averaged 11.3 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 2.7 bpg and 2.2 apg as a senior/Named team’s Co-Defensive MVP

He's still young. I don't believe he even turns 18 until tomorrow (August 21st).
