VAZip Posted November 2, 2013 Report Posted November 2, 2013 Anyone else get the terrible humming with the audio feed? Got it all last year also. Quote

akronzips71 Posted November 2, 2013 Author Report Posted November 2, 2013 Does it track with the play? Always behind on IHeart radio app About 3 or 4 seconds ahead. But close enough for this game. Quote

And when they broadcast over ESPN3 from the same venue, it is excellent. But, it is light years ahead of a few years ago when we paid for the feed from the scoreboard camera and the feed never worked. For Akron this is big time progress. Quote

I can't be the only one who called into that service that fed the radio audio into your phone -- for like $1/minute! Got addicted during Coleman Crawford's 1991-92 season. What a waste. I finally ended up calling up WHLO shortly after, and they put me on hold, where I could listen to the broadcast for the cost of the call! Then Gerry Faust wrote to me to find out who the Hell would do such a thing! Quote
