Greetings from an ISU fan

Just wanted to stop in and say good game. Nice forum you guys have here, it's amazing how many other teams sites I go to have god awful forum set-up, props to whomever runs yours.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you all know that I was rooting for Oregon St. yesterday simply based on the fact that I did not want to play you guys. I liked our chances either way, but thought you created way more matchup problems for us than they did.

I think our offensive systems are quite similar and can see why your team wins so many games. You space the floor really well, penetrate, and get open looks from the 3. You also have "Tree", whom is arguably the most talented big guy we've gone up against this year. Either him or McGary from Michigan. Just a beast down low, I'd love to have him on our team .

Anyway all your posters seem to be incredibly classy as well as your players and coaches. I give a lot of respect to you all because that is what we try to emulate as a fan base/program as well.

PS if any "Cyclone" posts on here and seems incredibly arrogant or stupid, it is more than likely a Hawkeye fan trying to make us look bad. That's there thing.

How could we not be impressed with the Cyclones? Seeing the game end on a 41-19 run was difficult for us Zip fans to endure, but I certainly was impressed with the ball-movement, extra pass, efficiency, effort, offensive rebounding, etc displayed by ISU during the onslaught. There are a lot of things to like about your program. Good luck for the rest of the year and especially in the difficult Big 12.

Yeah thanks for stopping. I posted in the first half that we were better but I was very wrong. We had no answer when ISU turned it on.. Must be a fun team to watch. I'm anxious to see how they hold up against a Big 12 team with some bigs. However our bigs are pretty darn good and they were shut down. Good luck this year.

We've been there, trust me. You folks obviously have some of the same problems with the idiot fans of that team in Iowa City as we have with some college in Cowlumbus.
