Aaron Posted October 21, 2014 Report Posted October 21, 2014 Ironic! In recent memory, RPI has always worked against us. Perhaps not so this year.It will only work in our favor until our next few games - then all of a sudden we play and win against numbers 119, 132,152 and 153 and our RPI drops considerably each time. Penn St. will be a 'quality win' but I think that if we win out, we still can't do better than where we are now without teams above us losing. 1 Quote
TennZip Posted October 21, 2014 Author Report Posted October 21, 2014 Do not look past WMU.Hopefully, Andrew Souders will be healthy and will stabilize the back line. WMU is always physical and will be tough. Northern Illinois on the road will be a challenge as always. The first 25 minutes against WVA should serve as motivation that every game will be a challenge. Zip_ME87 Posted October 22, 2014 Report Posted October 22, 2014 Seems incredible to move all the way from #11 to #1 [Notre Dame] by defeating Northwestern & Duke.http://www.nscaatv.com/rankings/3678/NCAADivisionI/men/Poll8 Quote
TennZip Posted October 22, 2014 Author Report Posted October 22, 2014 Charlotte , #1 in this week's RPI played to a 0-0 tie with Marshall last night. Marshall is now 4-7-1 this year. Could be lots of upsets this year in the first rounds of the NCAA. Quote
