Balsy Posted December 8, 2014 Report Posted December 8, 2014 Looks like the MAC only got 5 teams to bowls this year, thanks to a very down MAC East division. Idaho Potato Bowl WMU vs. Air forceCamelia Bowl BGSU vs. S. AlabamaBoca Raton Bowl NIU vs. MarshallBahamas Bowl CMU vs. WKUGoDaddy.com Bowl Toledo vs. Arkansas STATEI'm most interested to watch the Boca Raton and GoDaddy.com Bowls. I'd like to see how a MAC team can hold up against another SEC team, and NIU vs. Marshall. Quote

K92 Posted December 8, 2014 Report Posted December 8, 2014 Balsy,You will have to wait for that Arkansas/Toledo matchup but here's a preview of how it would turn out: Quote
GJGood Posted December 8, 2014 Report Posted December 8, 2014 With teams like Pitt, Illinois, and Virginia Tech getting into bowl games it would have been nice to see at least one of the MAC's bowl matchups be against a team from a Power 5 conference. At the very minimum every Group of 5 conference champ should get a shot at a middling power conference team. Quote
Balsy Posted December 8, 2014 Author Report Posted December 8, 2014 DANG IT! Oh well...at least the beat down won't be so bad. Quote
LZIp Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 About as favorable as a schedule the MAC can wish for. Don't get me wrong, those teams are far from pushovers, though. Quote
