Blue & Gold
Not sure what's going on...Does anyone know why Kwan's offense game has been limited. I see his defense has been very good over last year. But to see what he did the first half of the year... putting up great numbers and in the last few games not too much offense. Can anyone shed any light on this? ThanksKwan's 3-shot has been off and he's been getting stripped of the ball by smaller guards when driving to the hoop. He's just in a rough stretch right now. Glib Shanley
You do realize that the score was 15-7 eleven minutes in to the game right? There wasn't exactly a whole lot to be excited about. As far as leaving early, with the game in the bag and 2 mins to go....yes, I left early. Up 15 points that seemed like a good time to leave with my daughter on a school night.Yes, I do realize what the score was, so when I said "..both the team and the crowd", I was also including the players. But, you do raise an interesting point. In your thinking, the home court advantage doesn't come into play unless/until we are winning.I think it should be loud and encouraging whether we are winning or losing. And, I made the comment about people leaving with 7 minutes left in the game, not about people leaving with 2 min, when the game was no longer in doubt.I'm guessing you'd leave early even if it was a close game, since it was a school night, which is very commendable. ewbrooman1
I think this is awesome, what a way to honor Dan Peters. I am more than OK with the Zips wearing purple for a day.Agreed. The uniforms were great and contributed to a fitting tribute to Coach Peters. I would be nice, though, if the Zips could find a way to have at least one uniform combination with blue and gold. The silver editions have run their course with me.
