this rookie of the month looks awfully familiar  :)

I liked this above, but Like is not strong enough for this!  LOVE this!!!

...Joao Moutinho has started all three games that LAFC have played this season, and has played 263 of a possible 270 minutes of game time. His defensive efforts have made him a standout rookie this season, earning the fullback honors as SBI MLS Rookie of the Month. ...

The Akron product has made his mark on MLS so far, starting in defense for one of the most exciting teams in the league. Time will tell if Bob Bradley continues to put faith in the young fullback, but for now he seems bent on impressing this season. ...

I know several have asked about players from last year's team...

Sam Gainford was in a tweet today for signing with an agent group.  Hopefully, that means that they will find a team for Sam soon

any way, it is nice to see Sam looking happy

So, you're saying DeAndre knew something when he left Sunderland??  :P

No. I just meant I'm happy Newcastle is doing well and especially with DeA's grandparents visiting and attending matches. NUFC didn't do well early in the season.

BTW, to avoid misconceptions, as I recall DeA did not leave Sunderland by his own choice. He was on loan to Sunderland from Tottenham. It was Tottenham that made the deal with NUFC.
