He shut down many top receivers, all year. Quote
UA1987 Posted November 29, 2017 Report Posted November 29, 2017 (edited) Woodside is #1 in passing efficiency all time in the MAC. Lets hope he gets a lot of empty yardage on Saturday. Surprised to see that the Zips have been to the MAC Championship (2005) before the Rockets (2004) have been back according to this article. Edited November 29, 2017 by UA1987 Quote

Hope he uses the Toledo game to show the voters the error of their ways... 1 Quote
zipsoutsider Posted November 29, 2017 Author Report Posted November 29, 2017 I also saw a couple of non Akron fan tweets suggesting that Bowden should have won coach of the year for getting a team who shouldn't be going to the conference championship there by winning a couple of huge games. This case could be stronger if the Zips pull off the win. 3 Quote

Yeah, I thought Kyron was OUTSTANDING! I didn't see any other CBs that I would have liked more than him. He's fast, good ball skills, always seems to have great leverage/position on the WR, fluid hips, GREAT feet! I agree with you that he's completely overlooked. Good news is, he'll be back next year =) Quote
