game 10 - Georgia Southern

The Zips take a 1-0 lead into halftime over Georgia Southern.  It was a well played half with the Zips having a number of opportunities.

ESPN 3. Why I don't know.  But you have to have a TV package with ESPN to stream. Apparently your ESPN + money isn't good enough.

I have an ESPN +  subscription but ESPN3 is another channel. However last night I went to gozips.com/soccer where they list each game and link who if anyone is airing it. I hit the ESPN3 link they provided and voila! there it was. It was a weird defense Southern was playing as they were conceding possession by playing no press until the final 3rd of the field. Thus they had little chance to score. I'm sure Coach Embick didn't complain.

GS defense did not press until below the circle.  They were scared.  Not sure the Zips needed to play as many long balls as they did.  Still , score should have been 5-0, easy.
