Forget the post. The whole thread is worth reading...especially page two.

This is the final straw for me as far as Mollutt somehow trying to pass himself off as a Zips fan. :mad_flame: The sweaters have really shown how low class they really are in that thread. :chair:

All I can say is that game was amazing, what a huge win! They played well throughout the game I thought and when Miami would get a couple big baskets to bring it back we would go back to work and get some points on the board. And all that with no Wood. Just think how good we can be when we get him back! Plus Ced seems to be getting back to his old self (hit the 1000 point mark last night) and different guys seem to be stepping it up every game. Had some deja vu there at the end with the score being close to what it was in last years final and having Ced at the line nailing his 2 shots this time. As one of the Rowdies who went on the bus-trip down there, we were going crazy at the end with the last minute or so! I would love to see replays of that. It was the best feeling to be in their house and get a road win like that and beat them twice this year!! Wont give us last years championship but this feels pretty good. Their fans were pretty quiet most of the time so I think we did a good job being loud and rowdy throughout the game. Heard the Miami announcers I believe it was say something about there being 200 Rowdies there...I guess the other 2 bus loads got lost in the cornfields down there ;) I'm pumped for Saturday's game and the rest of the season...GO ZIPS!!!!

My point is that you post crap like that on the Miami board and then come over here and try to act like nothing happened.

Me thinks his post was a little tongue in cheek 'topper .. a la .. "Did we give up when the Germans bomb Pearl Harbor"
I Guess :(
To me, it (Mollaut's rant) was intended to be reminiscent of the style of General George Patton's speeches to his troops in WWII which were fraught with fervor and venom in an effort to motivate.Of course, we must remember that Patton, like the "Sweaters" we all despise, was in his limousine (sound like the sweater's perception of themselves??)which was roundly struck head-on by a truck killing Patton. So I suppose one could proffer that the night of the game, Coach Keith and the rest of the Zips portrayed the role of the "truck" smashing into the Miami "limo" and putting an end to the silly rhetoric espoused by one of the nattering nabobs of negativism in the Redhawk camp.Go Zips!!

=>There was a little Karate Kid ("Mercy is for the weak. The weak deserve no mercy.") and Revenge of the Nerds ("You just got you @sses beat by a bunch of gawd d@mn nerds. NEEERRRDDDS!") in there too.
