  1. Their schedule is as weak as I have ever seen, but I still think they will be hard to beat. A victory over the turd would be very sweet. I expect there to be a sea of green at the Info on 9/20 and it would be great to their fans back to West-By-God with an L.

  3. ... and throwing out the first pitch for his hometown Seattle Mariners, meeting the QB of his hometown SuperBowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, flying down to LA for the ESPYs and likely socializing there during and after, his Sounders on top of MLS by a significant margin, ... Rough week. Wonder if DeAndre's looking forward to re-living Caleb's yelling when he's being coached in the All Star Game?

  4. From all the articles above, gotta be good to be DeAndre Yedlin right now, teams now fighting over his services, a nice $300K bonus from being part of the World Cup, man this young man has the world in his hands right now. And through it all it appears he is staying very humble. Gotta be happy for him (just wish they'd mention UA a few more times in the articles about him ).

  5. I always wondered, can a game be called a "trap" game, if before the game you call it a "trap" game? Isn't a "trap" a surprise? I hate stupid clichés. As I was reading the article, I forgot how much I liked Storm Johnson when I watched him last year. I missed him being drafted by the Jaguars. I'm guessing he was kind of a product of that offensive line, but I still admired his running. When I saw him run, I thought he would be a good compliment in most backfields in the NFL. PS Here is what I still think of Marshall.

  6. Is anybody else really looking forward to ruining Marshall's season? I've never seen a more horrendously weak schedule. They're talking undefeated, and we would be too if that was our schedule. We're the toughest game they have, and we'll be coming off of a bye week.

  8. Pitt sophomores Tyler Boyd and James Conner were named to watch lists for the Maxwell and Hornung college football awards. Boyd and Conner are leaders at their positions, but incoming freshmen Adonis Jennings at wide receiver and running backs Chris James and Qadree Ollison arrived with plenty of accolades behind them. “They all can contribute (this season),” Conner said. Boyd said he has been impressed by what Jennings has shown in informal workouts.“(He) came out just like me in high school, four-star, top-notch receiver. His ball skills are good, his hands are good, his routes are good. Everything is good. Looking forward to this game! Eat them up, eat them up....
