On National Letter of Intent Day I feel like a kid at Christmas.

Stevie began the season as the starting PG but terrible shot selection and bad execution got him benched. He and Bean both prefer to dribble down the court and chuck up a hero 3 without attempting to pass it into the post first, and when you're shooting 22% from 3 on the season like Stevie is those decisions are killer. As for the rivalry slipping a bit I think that's just a perception thing for Zips fans because Jim Christian lost 5 out of the last 6, its been a while since you guys have felt the agony of defeat. But if you look at those 6 games individually everyone of them was a thriller. Hoping for another Convo Classic tonight. Good luck..

I like the way they are running the press conference. Good idea whomever was in charge. Lots of ZipsNation members asking good questions. Good job guys! I'll let those members post the answer to their questions.

Well, the boy found a sweet tie in Zips Blue and Gold !!!! ...... No black !! Lol

Won't happen because it makes too much sense? I'll never stop saying this......We already have a major problem with creating our Blue and Gold identity. There's plenty of cool things that can be done with those two colors. I'm done with the black. And I'm more than done with the SILVER numbers on the basketball jerseys. I just don't get any of it. Maybe the players like wearing something different, like the black, as some people suggest. But for God's sake, we are Blue and Gold. Play around all you want with the Blue and Gold. You can even do Blue, Gold, and Black together, or lighten/brighten the Blue to put Blue and Gold ON black. But Gold numbers on black just doesn't make any sense at all to me.

Write you are old boy Crew8! I was in a terribly, terribly sticky wicket, confusing the club with the Blackburn RoversFC., which as everyone knows, is a fixture of the League Championship! Cheerio!

3,500-ish in attendance is pretty good, IMHO, considering we have none of the following: comfortable arena - no good concessions - no decent team shop - no halftime entertainment - no interesting opponents - no There is nothing to convey an important, special, "big time" atmosphere. The only draw, and this will sound odd, is the basketball. The 3,500 are Zips diehards. I think attendance will improve against K.e.n.t., Toledo & Ohio. But other than those three opponents, you've really gotta be a true diehard Zips fan who bleeds blue & gold to want to come to the JAR for a game.
