Hey all - my first post! I'm excited to have found a place to talk Zips soccer! My wife is especially excited such a place exists, as she thinks (incorrectly) that this will spare her the soccer lectures
It was a bummer to see them concede that goal on a corner after a poor clearance from Lundt. Still, I thought they played reasonably well for the first real outing.
A few observations... I'm liking Harter more and more - he's got good instincts in the midfield, served up some nice set pieces and plays with high energy.... Nate Brown was awesome - good physical presence and was key to solving some of UVU's high pressure in the 1st half...Moutinho was outstanding - confident on the ball, excellent first touch, great attacking ability on the flank and his passing game is spot on.
