So Rich Paul says LeBron outgrew Akron. You can certainly understand a global icon feeling that way. But similar to The Decision in 2010, these billionaires sure know how to screw up messaging. Just goes to show that brains and money are far from synonymous.

100% agree. He hasn’t done anything to squash the speculation. After almost a decade, maybe he decided it’s time. If so, what a run it’s been. Charleston is a beautiful place. If he goes, I wish him well. If he stays, that would be great. Simple as that.

My understanding is Ford has a lot of good relationships including with the money end of things. So if Groce leaves and Ford stays, that’s a good outcome.

My understanding is that if Coach leaves, Ford would indeed take over. Not the best case scenario, but clearly would be the best possible outcome in that case
