1) JD will be back, but if the season starts off poorly he may get canned half-way through it.2) I believe Bain will play next year, and I also HOPE he'll be playing for a new position coach AND coordinator.3) I know that Jacq played much better than expected, but I still hope Rodgers gets bigger, stronger, and more accurate in the off-season, enough to beat out CJ in the spring. In the very little we got to see of Rodgers , he was much more of a run threat and I think that in itself is a major plus for him. I mean if Matt was truly right behind CJ coming out of last spring (per JD himself), I'll take my chances with him and his dual threat abilities. Once again (as in Getsy's SR year) we didn't get NEARLY enough snaps for our backup QB this year.4) The Info will be one of those few things in life in which the reality of it will even exceed our considerable expectations.5) MVP has to be the offensive line. Without a decent O-Line, we would have had 1 or 2 wins.6) BWill and DWill are tied in this category IMO.We will never win anything with JD as the coach. I have lost all faith and confidence in the guy.He and his team never learn from past failures. It is time for a change.

With 12 available DL's in 2009, I have to believe the 4-3 is best. Or we move Sewell and maybe someone like Shead to LB.I agree. I am only saying that the 3-4 is still better than this crap we have now.

I would even be ok if we switched to a 3-4 defense. I prefer a 4-3 base, but a 3-4 is doable. If we keep with the 3-3-5 it is simply because JD is being a hard head and trying to prove he ahs been right and is willing to lose his job in doing so.

JD is the best coach that Akron has ever seen in it's MAC era and we're lucky to have him. This team really does have a lot of potential despite our "crap" record. I am so sick and tired of JD teams losing to teams they should beat. Akron could be going up against a schedule full of no win teams and he would find a way to go 500. I am sick and tired of losing to teams that Akron should destroy.It is time for a change.

Next year we lose Linhart. Other than that all of these young gaurds will have a year under their belt along with Nikola and Bardo being better. Add Zeke and the redshirts that will ahve a eyar under KD and this team will be great next season.

When they say small they are refering to the athletics. They aren't talking about the size of the school, or the area of the school. There are many schools that are small student wise, and are in the middle of nowhere that are considered big schools. In the world of athletics Akron is considered small. I guess they don't consider soccer to be a sport.

JD has recruited more d lineman lately. The time for the 3-3-5 should be over by next year.

Teams are limited to the number of schollies they can offer. If JD didn't think there was some sort of chance he wouldn't have done it.

Grew up in Akron and always went to the Acme Zip game as a kid. Went to UA for part of my college and have always been a Zip.
