As usual when UA plays a bigger school, we get so close but still find a way to lose.

Wow, great news! JD has mentioned Odofin in his press conference, but not the other two. I hope the DL is rotated freely so each of these guys get some reps and they all stay relatively fresh during the game. Of course, the guys who are making plays need to stay in the game as much as possible too.Any word on Hazime? He missed last week too.

I actually think being a Zips fan has given me a mental disorder.Two weeks ago, I bought a new bird hunting gun and I have not taken it out yet. What did I do yesterday on a beautiful Saturday afternoon? I wasted an afternoon being waterboarded by the Zips for three hours while sitting on my couch. Get the mask, plastic, rope and bucket full of water ready because next week I will be back for more.......Look at the positive side. At least you didn't use the gun to shoot your TV.There's always next week.........If I were you I would lock that gun up for that game. It could get ugly.That is unless we have some d-lineman return. And when I say d-lineman, I am not talking about the injured guys. I mean Jason Taylor, Wayne Grant, Pierce Joyner and Dwayne LeFall(sophomore version).

I talked to one of the bartenders about that and she showed me a schedual that says what they are suppose to wear. I asked to talk to the bar manager about that but he wasn't around. I make a point not to hate on OSU because it does nothing but make us look like little jealous third grade girls but I think it's kinda silly that they would make their bartenders wear OSU stuff when they are hosting a bunch of Akron fans. who knows maybe that'll chage as the season goesI believe there was a thread about that last year during the UA-OSU game too. There were a lot of UA fans at one establishment and the staff was wearing OSU gear. I thought that was 100% BS.This was a game that UA was playing in and the bar was in Akron, yet they wore OSU gear. That is BS.

Ahh yes, MDZip, you obviously recall the earlier posts from our returning hero. If memory serves me, they occured shortly after the Miami bank shot disaster. These initial posts from Mr. Hagen were cryptic (and even a little creepy to be honest) but I was a willing worker ant in his global struggle against basketball tournament selection injustices........then he left us just as suddenly as he had arrived. And I've been in limbo ever since, like Peter after the hypnotist keels over in Office Space. It sure is great to have you back, Mr. Hagen! AmenI hate seeing other Zips fans bash each other. BuckZip, and Sgm are great Zips fans and I'm proud to have them. Although they should get heat for defending OSU in ZippyLand, they should be treated with respect. There are a lot of die hard Akron fans here that do not like OSWho and are vocal about it. I personally don't understood why Sgm or Buckzip get so upset when OSU gets bashed here, this is Zipsnation and fans should be allowed to bash whichever team they want as long as it's not the Zips.I personally never do any OSWho bashing anywhere on the board except for the Offtopic, Smack section.
