The Cleveland Force was definitely a rarity that I don't think anyone can explain, other than the fact that every other Cleveland sports team stunk at the time, and they were winning?? What?? The Cavs and Browns were both at their peaks in the mid to late 80"s when the Force attendance was peaking. There was plenty of competition for the sports entertainment dollar.

How can you not have Derrick tarver on there? I know he only played 2 season but he averaged over 21 point a game. His teams were no good but it was hardly his fault. I would think Darryl Peterson would have to get some consideration as well.

Buffalo finished the year with an RPI of 30 in 2004-05, but was hardly snubbed. Their record was 22-9 prior to Selection Sunday, and their biggest OOC win was at home vs. Niagara(RPI - 62). They finished the MAC regular season at 11-7. Hell, they entered the MAC tournament with 19 wins, which often won't get a BCS school in the dance. The MAC was much stronger as a group than it has been in a while, but that Buffalo team wasn't close to deserving an at-large bid.

Can't loses to BG 67-66. OU is up 7 on Miami with 10 minutes to play. If we win tonight, I think we should get at least a 1st round bye

Earl Boykins is a scorer. He averaged 26.8 points a game at EMU his senior year. Dru is not nearly the athlete that Boykins and Robinson are. Nate was a cornerback for the Huskies and has won some slam dunk contests. Nate averaged 16.4 points while playing in a much tougher(PAC-10) conference. Dru does have NBA range but his delivery is way too slow and he's just not strong enough. I say he plays a few seasons somewhere like the IBL, and then gets into coaching.
