Folks: Let's drop the term 'cupcake' from the board! The Huskys have hunped our leg twice.

I spent my working life dodging bureaucrats and their edicts, mostly effectively, but you have to knowhow to play the system, it's still up to a bureaucratic board to make the decision. I don't trust bureaucrats at any level, they love to excrcise chicken sh** authority and there is no appeal.

As I understand it, the University would have to petition that overbloated organization [no, not congress] the other one the NCAA for another red shirt year, then that bureauacry will make a decision. It has been done in th past, but I've only heard of it being done for BC$ schools; maybe because the media [and NCAA] only care about the BC$ schools.

KD focuses on the character of a player, and this has paid off. I'm quite sure that if a player being recruited had issues with the amount of time he's getting KD wiuld know it and talk to hum abut the time thing.It seems to me that some on this board would settle for mediocrity as a olayer as long as their time was high. I never played ball at any significant level, but in some sports I beat out athletes with minimal personal skills because I was a TEAM player and called an overachiever; minutes/innings ment nothing to me ONLY WINNING within the rules and giving maximum effort at all times i.e. I would run to 1st base on a ball four count so I never got used to tsaking it easy. Perhaps KD has recruited similar types.

Coach has mentioned to me that Alex bench presses 300lbs! I don't know about playing time but I see hard, hard pressing defense next season, stamina will be key so thereshould be LOTS of energy expended in short period of time.

Ever consider the military option? The GI bill is terrific, you could go to a Tech School inone of the servicsa if you are smart enough. I did it, set me up with skills that I usedfor 381/2 years.
