Easy solution to inconsistent calls: Habve 2 pay scales, if both coaches agree that the gamewas called consitently [either good or bad, players/coaches can adjust if all is consistent] theofficials get a higher pay, if not lower pay.

Regardless of how competent Dr. Proenza is, eventually with the revolving door policy willbite us in the butt and a Dave Adams, Mike Bobinski, Gordon Larson will come in and botch thejob.
