Miami (FL) edged Creighton tonight 53-52. Here's the final stats...http://sports-att.espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=260790156 - I haven't seen any of Miami this year, but Creighton didn't look great when they beat the Zips. I don't know if Miami slacked or if Creighton turned it up, but it kinda makes you think it coulda been the Zips in the Elite 8 of the NIT taking on Michigan in New York. I'm not saying that this season was a disappointment, I'm just wondering if we could have stayed hot if we could have beat Miami, especially because Creighton was seeded higher.

Yea, that's the site. It was $7. I think it's worth it if you grab a few other people to throw in and watch it with you. They have a preview video on there so you can check out what it will look like. It think it looked like it was worth it, plus it's going to be a lot more exciting watching it rather than listening to it.

I never have used this particular one, but I plan to. I guess we'll see how it goes. I've watched games on ESPN360 online before. $7 ain't bad for one game, just so long as this doesn't become a recurring thing. I actually plan to have a few people over to watch it and cut the cost a bit for each of us. But I'm willing to shell out a few bucks to watch the Zippers roll over the Jays!

In case anyone hasn't heard yet, the video for the Akron @ Creighton game will be carried on the Internet. I have ordered it and plan to have a few people over to watch the game by hooking up a laptop to our TV. Please leave me a PM if you are interested in coming over. I live right off campus across from Route 8. Since this is a Pay-Per-View event, I please ask that you throw in a dollar for it or bring some beer or some grub. The game begins at 8.

Gotchya...I didn't read it carefully enough...

I heard the line is Creighton -4.5, and they get at least 3.5 for being at home.

If you purchase the video, is there audio with it or do you have to have their radio station as a simulcast? I'm not looking forward to watching a game without sound like the Akron/Nevada game at Panini's. Anyone wanna throw down a few bucks and get together to watch the game? Actually, keep this on the d/l, but I recall watching the Akron/Purdue football game on ESPN360 in a lecture hall on a projector. Anyone wanna try to set this up?

Where is Akron anyway? I've never even heard the name said on ESPN. They call it "A-Crown."

So, Temple lost because they didn't have their usual head coach and their star player didn't play the final 27 seconds? I can see how this could make any team lose. I don't want to make it seem like it wasn't a bad injury, but that is not what lost the game for the Owls. They are just making excuses, just like we did last week.

I just saw the highlights of the game on WKYC Channel 3...and there was literally NOONE there. It was depressing. I think we had more people watching that game on the Zipsnation board than there were people at the game.

Yea, Frenchie mentioned there weren't many people there. He also said it's gonna be a huge transition from that small crowd to playing Creighton.
