  1. By no means a pretty win, but they played better down the stretch to put this one away.
  2. The Zips with an 84-58 win.
  3. Evan Wilson sighting!
  4. He is instant offense.
  5. This is probably true with a lot of shooters, but Hankerson is a much better shooter when squares himself to the basket and doesn't rush his shot.
  6. Hankerson heating up.
  7. Ohio and Wyoming tied at 24. Going to OT.
  8. Lead down to 6. Offense struggling to score.
  9. Sloppy play. Too many turnovers. Poor foul shooting.
  10. Up 18-8 a the 11:52 mark. Let's push out this lead out.
  11. Don't forget South Carolina Upstate and Arkansas Pine Bluff!
  12. I think this in line with what I'm thinking. If, by chance, we find some additional offense, then maybe we can add another game to the win total.
  13. Bingo. Today we had 5 players that played 9+ minutes and scored 2 points or less. T. Jonhson - 27 minutes, 2 points Tribble - 26 minutes, 2 points N. Johnson - 15 minutes, 0 points Lyles - 10 minutes, 2 points Mitchell - 9 minutes, 2 points
  14. The problem is that this team still does not have a consistent 3rd scorer behind Freeman and X. In games, like today, where one (or both) of them struggle to score, this offense really struggles. When X and Freeman are on, then we are competitive. If this team wants to win 3 games in 3 days in March, others will need to step up.
  15. We have 34 points in 32.5 minutes.
  16. That was an ugly half of basketball.
  17. How many layups can we miss in one game?
  18. X for 3 with a chance for four.
  19. Hunter with a three.
  20. And another turnover.
  21. The Zips cruise to an 87-55 win.
  22. You'd think after letting him score 34, they'd make it a point of emphasis.
  23. X is on FIRE. 🔥
  24. Up 59-37 with 10+ minutes to go. Maybe we'll see some extended time for the end of the bench.
  25. Akron forced 14 Maine turnovers in the first half.
