I just checked on the Western v Central game and they are tied at 21 with Hiller already over 300 yards passing. This kid is from Orrville about a 30 minute drive from Akron, we lost out on him. Is Lefevour hurt? On ESPN game tracker Brian Brunner has thrown all the passes for CMU.

I have stayed off Jac's case this year. But on the bubble screen that was covered you have to throw the ball away. It looked like to me he tried to make a play and threw it to a player 15 yards down field. The only problem was since it was a bubble screen that guy was blocking and not looking at the quarterback, so the ball was picked off. Throw it into the stands.I thought the defense played pretty well, they were given bad field position off of that int and a long kickoff return.

They tied Missouri State 0-0 today. Missouri State who have lost to soccer powers Cleveland State and Centenary earlier this year. A little disappointing tourney but I'm not worried. The Zipss will be playing late in the season this year.

I was bored so I thought I would reseed the MAC tournament based on how the SEC matches East vs. West teams 1-6 in rounds 1 and 2 instead of seeding then entire conference 1-12. Akron would get the winner of Buffalo/Eastern instead of Central/Northern. Can't's second round matchup wouldn't change and would still have OU on their side of the bracket. What are your thoughts on how to seed? Went to the game and just got home and I wanted to see the DVR of the first couple of minutes where the refs sucked and blew 2 Can't travelling calls and a couple fouls inside on D and to watch the comeback and it was a freakin PAC-10 women's game. I can't believe it. On the DVR it says Akron Can't but it wasn't. I have Massillon Cable and am really P.O.'d. I'd be more mad if we would have won, but still.

Zipsguy, do you still need a ticket? I have one for sure and might have as many as 6. I bought ten in the begining of February hoping to get coworkers and friends not affiliated with Akron to go but not many people have given me a firm committment. So I'm going to start seeing if anyone else wants them and I don't want to sell them to any Can't fans. Send me a PM if you are still interested.
