Give him time. How many goals did Teal have as a frosh ? If Alfred is a quick learner then the goals will come earlier IMO. He has the physical tools - it's just a question of opening up and refining his futbol brain.

That was brilliant on many different levels-- awareness, touch, speed of thought, vision and the most important --confidence. Without confidence that piece of brilliance never happens IMO.
