He should have cleared the ball with his left foot, eliminating any issues. However, after speaking with him, the ball actually redirected off the foot of the Michigan player after he touched it. It should have been offside. Regardless, it took an outrageous finish to score.If, in fact, Yedlin's play on the ball did direct off the MU attacker then you are correct. The ref deemed it to be a controlled pass obviously.

No OS when the ball is last played by a defender. Yedlin toe poked the ball backward towards Meves.
