I didn't think we we're going to pull this one off! Whew! Pretty impressed with Forsythe's movement down low and his ability to execute and make his shots. That was quite a slick move by KD to go with the big lineup in the 2nd half as it paid off. Go Zips!

1.) Is this success evidence of moving in the right direction or is it a function of competition 2.) What are your projections for next year with a solid recruiting class coming in 3.) How big of a role do the MAC schedulers play in determining success 4.) Where have the Zips shown the most improvement and is it sustainable? Winning 2 road games this year is a huge boost for the program. I know Bowden will build keep building on success. Very excited for our OOC games against Penn St and Pitt next year. I hope many fans will try and make at least one of those games (I'm planning to go to the Pitt game) A lot of fun bars and places to eat in Pittsburgh. The success can be sustainable- I heard or read something the other day that one of the most difficult things to do, maybe in life, is to change a culture of losing to winning. And I think that is exactly what Bowden has accomplished this year, the culture and habit of Zips losing games ad nauseam is over. Let's take care of Toledo on Friday!

After the heartbreaking end to our bball season, I'm finally ready for Zips football!

Yea, I don't know who to root for-- I mean when the Broncos beat the Browns all those years in the 80s, no one would be rooting for them in the SuperBowl. I would have to think the same principle applies with VCU- who cares at this point??! The Zips are out, so my interest in the tournament has dropped about 75%

They just said on the Michigan game that Ibatayo has the flu and the 2 other players may not play, but they didn't say who.

Why would football get kicked out of the MAC? UMASS plays football in the MAC and basketball in the A-10

Well since there is no A10 football it would just be the bball program to the A10, so that would be an upgrade from MAC basketball.

Creighton (Missouri Valley) is heading to the Big East as well-- Unless we're heading to the Big 10 or some other "power" conference staying in the MAC is probably wise for now
