I think Akron has a chance to generate points in this one. Not sure Finley's passes get points for the Zips or Blazers, but there will be points scored with the Zips offense on the field. -

That Moorhead still has his job tells me the future isn't bright. Yes, I know the nihilism worry as noted elsewhere. But him being around is clearly going nowhere fast.

The in game experience wasn't special, but I would not call it "bad." Work to do, sure, but it is relatively low IMO on the problems list right now

What's sad is that the defense was pretty fun to watch, and the Zips have another good punter. But they have the single worst offense in FBS, it appears, with a head coach completely unwilling to give anyone else a shot to quarterback it.
