I do agree with this. He's done very good work with what he has to work with.

It is institutional, yes. None of us are expecting the next coach to magically have a 70% win percentage. A few bowl games a decade (or whatever the equivalent is going to be when bowls die here soon) isn't unreasonable. If Eastern Michigan can have 5 bowl games in their last 12 years, I just don't see how that's unattainable.

I mean, they scored first three times in his last season and were only out of it at halftime against Auburn, Ohio State, and Buffalo. Actually this could be fairly Arthian.
