I think that you have mistaken the people on ZNO for being idiots. You come on here and post things and when people question things, you turn to name calling and act like some contributors have no clue. The problem is, there are contributors on ZNO that actually do have ties to U of A, do have inside information on athletics and know more than you think. I am 99% certain that part of your post was directed at me. That's fine. Count me in the group that calls you out on some things. In no way do I try to spin anything and I never "insulted" you until a couple weeks ago when you called us idiots. To me, your sly remarks in your posts towards the members, started the lack of respect against you. You simply don't like it when people disagree with you. Don'y try to spin this that WE are the morons that know nothing. WE aren't the one who is in the inside of the program that knows more than anyone else on ZNO about MBB and posted something that Mrs Dambrot had to correct because it wasn't true.

Not getting the respect of a call back from your peers tells me that there is a lack of respect or problem. I don't know what it is - maybe you can enlighten us since you're on the staff. My point is to you and always has been, the teams that you mention above that Akron is trying to schedule are playing other MAC schools - other top MAC schools have had no trouble getting games with NC, MSU, Kansas, Michigan, etc. What has Akron done on a national level to make them so "poisonous" to these teams? I am simply not buying it.

If the phone calls aren't getting returned and these teams aren't playing Akron - I agree with Morris, there must be a problem with KD. The teams that you listed above are playing teams like Akron. It's bigger than "we don't want to play you."

Perhaps someone should have followed up with KD after he said that and asked .... "Coach, please tell everyone exactly which games Akron has EVER won against a top high major that has made them so poisonous?"

You mean the whole season? This team tonight was the same team that chucked 3's all year.... Same team as day 1. They lost to freaking Miami! The lack of inside game (other than Big Dog) is why this team was the way they were this year. You're exactly right, better teams win. Akron had to play their best to win this game, they didn't. It's too bad because tonight was the night that it could've happened.
