The last new comment I saw about a week ago on a KY forum was that since Euton had said that he and his parents would be making a decision in the “coming weeks,” and since the fall signing period for basketball is Nov. 11-18, maybe that's when we should look for the decision to become public.

Here's a random comment wrapped around a quandary. It seems that Dakotah Euton is for all intents and purposes a carbon copy of Josh Egner, who has already verballed. Does anyone see any significant difference in the two games? SO, if they're the same thing, why do we need two of them? Is it possible that either Akron is not as high on Euton as has been believed, or that if Euton DOES verbal, that Egner becomes redundant -- to use a mostly British euphemism? Hip, hip.

Their games aren't similar at all. Euton's decision will have no affect on Egner.

Louisville paper reports he's coming to Akron!http://www.courier-journal.com/blogs/demli...ah%20Euton.html
And the GOOD NEWS is, he's NOT a carbon copy of Josh Egner. :P They have two completely different games. As different as night and day. As different as Andy and Bryan Hipsher. Well, that may not be the best example... And may cause Captain an apoplexy. :(

That's great news. With Zeke, Dambrot showed that he can land "a" great recruit. With Dakotah, he is proving that Zeke wasn't "a" fluke and that it is becoming the norm for Akron to recruit at this level.I am starting to feel bad for the rest of the mac though. Will we have any competition in 2 years from today?
