The scouting combines and the recruiting websites say he ran it twice and it was run at the Akron COMBINE.

How the hell can our finish NOT affect recruting. Right now is prime recruiting time. If you read the clippings from JD's press conference yesterday he had 8 recruits in this weekend. Ohh, and if Can't has a better recruiting class than us I will

We need a great class this year. If we can get a great class this year, combined with what hopefully the MACC can bring, and a bowl game, we should be in good shape.

Hopefully by next year we will have some good news on the stadium deal. That will help too. Also, we should be much improved next year. Hopefully the future is bright.

My apologies for being a little harsh, but after the kind of crap we have had to endure from people like WPIAL and our good friend the Rocket fan you can see why many people are quick to jump on someone. Praticularly whenever it is claimed that Kents class is going to be better than ours.

If the new member is claiming that winning the 2005 MAC title and going to a Bowl game won't affect this year's recruit class (we have approximately 20 scholarships left to give and two months left until signing day)...and that Can't somehow is out-recruiting us...I guess I don't care all that much if they don't stick around.

I think on this or any board if you are going to make such comments like that, you should back them up with an article or facts for crediblility. Without them, you're just going to get toasted and look like your instigating. I'd like to see the information or source -- maybe they signed 10 mediocre guys and we have only a handful of commitments (I don't think that means it's a better class but ......). Still, I'm interested if there's anything out there you can share.

Nobody who comes onto this site and isn't blatantly trying to be derrogatory and inflammatory like ToledoRockets and WPIAL deserves that kind of treatment. Disagreeing is fine, but not in a way that's going to encourage people never to come back.
