ZipRoo Posted October 31, 2010 Report Posted October 31, 2010 I'm still waiting for a Zips fan to offer ONE strong point about Ianello. Just one. Surely for a guy to be hired at a D-1 school, he had to "sell" something about himself. Are they just invisible traits? I'm befuddled. I couldn't name you a single good reason for this guy being here. Not one. And yet, in the poll, a few of his friends and family actually vote to "give him more time." Yeah, that's just what a losing program needs. To give a guy with no skills "more time." Quote

Yeah, that's just what a losing program needs. To give a guy with no skills "more time." He is relatively young and appears to be in good health. If this counts as TWO strong points please delete one. Quote
ZipRoo Posted October 31, 2010 Author Report Posted October 31, 2010 RE: He is relatively young and appears to be in good health. Ha, ha. Wonder if Proenza had any more than two two "skills" to go on. I guess I'll add one: His last name contains four of the five vowels. (The only one missing is "U," which stands for unqualified.) Quote
ZachTheZip Posted October 31, 2010 Report Posted October 31, 2010 I'll give him this: he sticks by his plan, even when it is blowing up in his face. Quote
Buckzip Posted October 31, 2010 Report Posted October 31, 2010 Consistently is a quality of his. He is consistently outcoached. Quote
72 Roo Posted November 1, 2010 Report Posted November 1, 2010 I'm sure he loves his mother. She probably loves him too .... until she finds out what his record is. Quote

zippy2010 Posted November 1, 2010 Report Posted November 1, 2010 If you listen to his press conferences....he says all the right things....I say he got the job because he sold what he cant produce. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted November 1, 2010 Report Posted November 1, 2010 I listen to his press conferences. I can't say that he says the right things because in order to do that he would have to actually say something. This guy is the master of talking for a half hour without saying anything of meaning. Zip_ME87 Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 He can find his way to campus...er, I think. Maybe he carpools with TW --- in tune with the environment, then. Quote
