RootforRoo44
SO AWESOME. The first and last we will ever win in the MAC (until they fire Ianello) so definitely worth 1200 bucks.

Roo
LOL at anybody that would pay that much for a Zips conf champ ring. You can get Super Bowl rings for more than half that price. That person is out of their minds, but I suppose there is always one sucker.
zipseuph
the question is how much could you sell it for after melting it down and taking it apart?

What's that pawn shop on AE? They had a ring there for $800 from the Pats SB when I went there, real ring. Staff ring, not player, but real none the less. akronzips71
What does "Three More Feet" refer to? I watched that game, but the reference escapes me.
Dr Z
What does "Three More Feet" refer to? I watched that game, but the reference escapes me.It was the team's "moto" for the year. It had something to do with some miner that quit, but if he went three more feet, he would have hit oil/gold/coal, I can't remember which one. They gave out rubber wrist bands to the fans with that saying on it too.
zipsfan33
Could it have to do with the previos season and they were stopped 1 yard (3 feet) away from paydirt? I used to know and have forgotten through the years as well!
