Moses closed out his career as one of the NCAA's all-time greatest quarterbacks setting a NCAA FCS career record for completions (1,184) and finishing among the FCS all-time top 10 in total offense (13,201), passing yards (13,401) and touchdown passes (121). Those numbers also place him among the NCAA's top 25, regardless of division, in all four categories.

Those are the numbers of the qb who Dalton was behind. Then he got a new cordinator and left the year after.

Mr.Nicely what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Any reference to Billy Madison deserves some credit.

I propose that we close all nominations. We clearly have the winner of the "most ignorant post of the year" right here.

Wait, I still have a couple months left... :chair:

At the end of the day, it's not like Dalton could do any worse than Nicely or Moore. It would be quite difficult to not do better, in fact.

I thought it was pretty bold and considerate of Coach TB to give Clayton enough time to transfer if he chose to. He put the player in the position to make the choice -- he didn't tell Clayton that he couldn't win the starting spot back - just where he stood going in. Clayton chose to transfer; and I think Coach TB probably knew that's what he would do. It was a bold decision because you always really want 3 QB's that you know are competent enough to play with if you had to. Coach Bowden was man enough to be honest with Clayton, and bold enough to know that if he ended up having to go to a 3rd QB at some point, he would have someone ready.

By week two of the season someone will be the 3rd QB be that will be able to provide the same, and probably more at the position. No worries.

I live in texas,,and have seen Williams play, He COULDNT handle things at SFA a 1AA,,,,and got beat out,,but NOW,is the starter for a d1???? He must have some good dirt on Coach Bowden.

Can't even begin to describe how disappointed everyone is with Dalton Williams play. Most are just sitting around bemoaning the loss of Moore and Nicely. Nice call.
