MDZip Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Koroma has not impressed me. Looks really immature. Puts his head down and tries to do it all on his own. Yedlin seems off tonight as well. If I was Porter, I'd move Serna up into the MF. We need a creative guy in the midfield. Maybe pull Koroma and put in Souders or Fives to play LB. Still want him pulled out? Quote
johnnyzip84 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 LOL!! So Yedlin AND Koroma have picked it up!! Quote
schiri Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 LOL!! So Yedlin AND Koroma have picked it up!! Thats a tremendous glancing header to the far side netting!!! Quote
Z.I.P. Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Sorry, just got off work. Is it 2-1 now?? Quote
johnnyzip84 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Sorry, just got off work. Is it 2-1 now?? still 1-1 under 28 min to go in 2nd Yedlin needs to be careful there Quote
johnnyzip84 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Yeah, I checked the stadium capacity and it says 6,000 so half full is still pretty good! I take back my earlier statement. The attendance is 3077. You nailed it Quote
bmaker Posted September 1, 2012 Author Report Posted September 1, 2012 Great Save Meves! Yeah, and then Bolovich returns the favor! Quote
MDZip Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Sudden death OT. C'mon Zips - kill them. Quote

bmaker Posted September 1, 2012 Author Report Posted September 1, 2012 Oh, Scotty! That was soooo on side! Quote
a-zip Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 That was soooo on side! HOOORRRIBLE CALL Quote
Jalapeño Zippy Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 HOOORRRIBLE CALL Agreed. It's when the ball is played. Quote
bmaker Posted September 1, 2012 Author Report Posted September 1, 2012 That was soooo on side! One thing I don't like abut this ref is he doesn't blow his whistle loud enough. Quote
ndzeigler Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Is it just me? or was that clearly onside? Quote
MDZip Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Absolutely on side. Someone should kindly explain to the AR that it's where the player is when the ball is KICKED, not where he receives it. Dammit, that was stolen!!! If there is any soccer god justice, the Zips win this one in the second OT. Quote
a-zip Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 HOOORRRIBLE CALL Now we know why Creighton has such a long home winning streak. The announcers are barely even commenting on it. Quote
jem101 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 That was horrendous! He was a good 10 feet onside! Quote
fknbuflobo Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 From the camera angle, Quinn looked clearly onside when ball was played. Quote
