I sorta ran into George Nanchoff walking into the Wake Forest match. He told me Mike is doing very well, in the starting 11, scoring some goals, and he is generally loving life in Sweden.

Cleveland, OH – October 25, 2013 – The Cleveland Freeze announced today the signing of veteran forward Allen Eller to the organization’s 2013/2014 Professional Arena Soccer League roster. Eller, a Clevelander from Willowick, Ohio is no stranger to the game. He started his career at the University of Akron graduating in 1998. After graduation, Eller turned professional by signing with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and in the fall of 1999 he moved indoors and signed with the Cleveland Crunch of the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) where he would meet current Cleveland Freeze Head Coach Hector Marinaro.

I thought we had a Yedlin specific thread, but I cannot find it.

Was anyone else impressed by DeAndre Yedlin's assist last night to Eddie Johnson? That was a nearly perfect cross, albeit in a losing effort.

What a monster rookie season for the the kid!

Yeah...well...not bad for a 20 year old...!!! How much better do you think Akron would be if we hadn't lost him? :P
