Ando
Steam is audio only at the moment, hoping that changes http://scarletknights.cstv.com/allaccess/ Sounds like a decent Akron contingent is there
fknbuflobo
I'd rather have the stream, which we have, but Gametracker is not working.

LZIp
Said it before and ill say it again. Hiring internally and not conducting a national coaching search for a program of our caliber where we can get almost anyone was a mistake. fknbuflobo
Great foul by Gallego in 98th minute, saving a 1v1 on goal! Yellow card was well earned.
fknbuflobo
Brenes converts PK in 2OT for Zips 2-1 victory @ Rutgers. Going into home opener, one wonders at the health of Stevenson and Abdul-Salaam.

TennZip
Seremba has definitely been a spark VCU tied #2 New Mexico 1-1 on Friday night....so the zips are going to be tested on Friday night VCU played UAB in their opener and UAB upset Indiana this past friday night... VCU is playing at maryland tonight (Maryland 1-0 at the half)... VCU has played a much tougher schedule than the zips Northern Illinois played St. Louis very tough today...St. Louis won 1-0 in 2 OT's

Zip_ME87
@LZip That statement is incredibly unfair. How about showing some support instead of being so negative. I just got home from NY/NJ and am very proud of our team. I can't wait til Friday when we're finally at home. GO ZIPS!

He is every bit the captain of this squad. Keep up the strong work, Bryan!

Keep up the strong work, Bryan! I will back that up, although I have not seen many of the matches this season. But I would have said before the season started. Gallego should be the leader and backbone. The Zips go as far as Gallego leads them on the field.
Zips Win!
Ok soccer experts, please explain why the soccer game was over after we scored on the penalty kick. There was still time left on the clock in the OT period. Every OT game I have seen the entire 10 minutes are played out.

In NCAA Soccer, all OT scoring is sudden death or golden goal. This is one of the few, maybe the only, NCAA rules that I prefer over FIFA. I actually like this one. NCAA is up to two 10-minute OT periods, first (golden) goal wins. FIFA is two 15-minute OT periods. Full 30 minutes is played. No OT during regular season.
