I project Akron to go 6-3 in the second half with losses to Western Michigan and Buffalo on the road and one home loss to either Buffalo or Ohio. That assumes they will lay an egg in one of their home games and play as bad as the last two.

One down, and one to go. I've been saying that this 3-day, 2-game road trip would probably be the key to the rest of the season.
