johnnyzip84 Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 I wish I could say I was completely unconcerned about the defense, but both QB James Knapke and RB Travis Greene are definitely capable of doing damage. Knapke seems to be dinged a little and I think the Zips will be able to get pressure on him. I’m a little more concerned about Greene at this point, because he had over 200 combined yards against UA last year and the Zips had some trouble stopping Ball State’s RB Edwards last game.On the other hand, BGSU’s defense has not been very good. If the Zips limit the turnovers, I see a few more big plays than we’ve been accustomed to lately.Zips 31Falcons 27 1 Quote

GP1 Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 We will be cheering the Zips on from the Dirty South !!!!Me too.The luckiest woman in the world, Mrs. GP1, recently bought a 66" Samsung Curve with a new receiver, surround sound, some device that allows us to play video off of the internet through our Apple devices, etc. Not sure how much it cost and it's probably best that way....(Sort of like our last trip to Vegas when we stayed at the Wynn. While I was at a convention, she did a little day drinking at the pool, saw a purse she wanted in the window of one of the shops on the way back to the room and said to herself, "I'm buying that". I'm not allowed to know how much the purse cost.)...Anyhow, whatever the cost was, I will be watching the game on it. 1 Quote

Why, if the coaches don't like Pohl, do they keep throwing the ball? (BTW, Pohl has thrown really well so far-- drops are killing us). I just don't understand why we aren't running more.
