Perhaps he has decided to change professions. If I remember correctly, Kofi majored in biology and had aspirations to go into the medical profession. Edit: I should add that I don't know. This is total supposition on my part. Edited March 14, 2016 by Zip_ME87

He is on many different lists of dirtiest footballers in the world. Nigel de Jong is a thug! Given his persistent reputation, MLS should throw the book at de Jong and the Galaxy. A double-digit match suspension is certainly warranted.

Anything less than 2, and MLS loses all respect for me and I will be an irritant to the MLS office.

Nigel de Jong has a long and shameful record. He has been perpetrating this crap for a long time, on several continents. A season long ban should be considered by MLS. But MLS hate to discipline the LA Galaxy, their flagship franchise.
