Blue & Gold
Even when combining 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams I don't believe any college has more than one player listed. Odd?

Odd? UCLA has 2 on 2nd team Indiana and SMU also have 2 spread out among the 3 teams Seattle will be a tough matchup on the 28th

One thing that I do not like about All American teams.....is that they always tend to pick attacking midfielders and they ignore the holding midfielders. They also tend to pick right and left defensive backs rather than choosing center backs. If they picked an All american team with 2 holding midfielders on each team and 2 attacking midfielders, then Akron would have had a 2nd pre-season all American as Victor Souto is clearly one of the 6 best holding midfielders in college soccer. The Center Def. backs and Holding midfielders are vital to a winning team and this year's Akron team will have 4 very good starters in Brad Ruhaak, Danilo Radjen, Victor Souto and Jesus Perez/Goncalo Soares/Pau Belana (I am making the assumption that one of those 3 will be the starter opposite Vic).

Judging by recent practices, Pau Belana is the choice. I would pick Gonçalo Soares. But I confidently state that Embick & Co. are smarter than I.
