http://www.sportnewsmagazine.com/joao-moutinho-fires-lafc-to-dramatic-win/

... On a brisk, late spring night in the silicon valley, Avaya Stadium served as the backdrop to a seven-goal thriller. In what was quite easily one of the season’s best matches, Los Angeles Football Club bested the San Jose Earthquakes 4-3. As the 90th minute drew near it appeared that San Jose was going to come away with the three points. However, two goals in the final seven minutes from the visitors changed the script and in Hollywood fashion, rookie Joao Moutinho fires LAFC to a dramatic win. ...

... Then, it happened. By the unlikeliest of heroes. In the 97th minute. Rookie Joao Moutinho etched his name into LAFC folklore as he struck a ball from about 17 yards out that rolled past the diving keeper and into the net. Shirt off he and his teammates celebrated what was an amazing win. Hollywood couldn’t have scripted it any better. With the last kick of the match, the kid who has had some growing pains to start the season including a red card is now a club legend.

Joao Moutinho has a great header save that can be seen at about 1:03/1:04 minute mark of this highlight video from the LAFC 4-1 win over Philadelphia this past weekend.

Not a surprise to we who know his capabilities...

Jonathan Lewis the surprise hero as NYCFC use RBNY's press against them

...“’Jonathan, just move runs in behind because they make high pressing, they have a high line and you can find the spaces behind them,’” Torrent said postgame, explaining his message to the 21-year-old winger.

Lewis was pivotal in the match’s biggest moment, using the Red Bulls’ own weapon against them. He sprinted at Aaron Long as soon as Tyler Adams played a pass back to the center back, intercepting it and putting it on a platter for Maxi Moralez to hammer home the winner five minutes from full time. ...

Jonathan's steal and assist starts around 2:41 or so in the first video below.
