Bonus question: Who do you think will lead the Zips in rushing this season, and do you think it will total a thousand yards or more?

I think Gilbert and Bell will have less solo tackles, but that is because they will draw more attention from blockers and others will have to step up for the tackles.

I think Deltran Sands will be our leading rusher. I can't see him getting more than 1,000 yards, but I'd love to be wrong.

Deltran should be our leading rusher, but he has durability concerns. I think it will be RBBC with Sands, Edwards, White, Alce, and Kato all contributing some, with none over 1k yards.

 

Possibly a good thing one Alce/White, the NCAA implemented a new rule this year that allows freshman to play in up to 4 games and still have the ability to redshirt. Staggering them would be preferable from a fan perspective.
