Let'sGoZips94
Congratulations to the players on finally being able to profit from EA Sports NCAA Football video game series. As excited as I am for the return of the greatest football video game series ever, this is equally as exciting for the players. The game earned $80M in annual revenue, and NCAA Football 2014 still sells for $40-60 (the game play mechanics are some of the best ever in any football game ever made). I wonder how accurate the rosters will be, how deep the rosters/NIL will go, and how this will affect fandom in college football. Touching on the last point, I say that because in the last NCAA Football game (2014), a few programs became favorites for users to do career mode with - Idaho & UTSA. The Vandals and Roadrunners grew in popularity from this. People being able to play with actually G5 players (assuming this goes that far) will potentially help close the gap that has been growing between P5 & G5 FBS football from a fan interest standpoint. At the very least, it's a step in the right direction. Edited May 17, 2023 by Let'sGoZips94

Let catdaddyp loose on EA Sports and each Zip will end up with a P5 NIL deal. 1
akzipper
On one hand I'm excited to play as the Zips again in a NCAA football game. But I wonder how much attention they will spend to us lowly MAC schools. Especially during the first few years. InfoCision was super detailed in NCAA 14 even down to the buildings surrounding the stadium and along Exchange. But if I remember correctly the Zips just had a generic stadium for a long time before that. The Rubber Bowl might have been in some older games and the JAR never appeared in any of the NCAA basketball games. The Rubber Bowl was in the college football games leading up to the Info coming into the fold. I'll never forget my team of Zippys whooping the Brutus team's ass at the Rubber Bowl in NCAA Football 2005. In the last decade, technology has vastly improved, which should make the process of detailing the stadiums & their surroundings that much easier. There are over 300 DI basketball programs vs 120 FBS football programs. The lack of detail in the college basketball games was always the least bit surprising (and they sucked).

For hoops I d/l Akron jerseys and the court into NBA 2K21 and edit the players. There are no other choices.
