MDZip Posted March 19 Report Share Posted March 19 (edited) I think that the United States treats their territories terribly, but it doesn't mean that it isn't confusing that Puerto Rico has a national team (as does American Samoa). Just as confusing that when FIFA runs the world cup that Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland can all get separate teams.
