Zips fan
If The University of Akron does pull the upset, what will the headline in the Beacon read?Something to the effect Akron wins or something to the effect OSU upset by Zips. I guess I am asking who would get named first. Would the paper cover it from an Akron perspective about our win or an OSU perspective about the upset? Zipgrad01
It would be 100% from a pro-Akron perspective. Not sure how they would word it, but I am sure it would be some clever comment like "Akron Zips past OSU". I know that is stupid, but you get the idea of what I mean. Dr Z
If The University of Akron does pull the upset, what will the headline in the Beacon read?Buckeyes Give Win Away in Columbus.(Photo would be a few bucknuts crying in the stands)
RowdyZip
This is an interesting question. I honestly think they'd play it from the "OSU National Title Hopes Over after Upset Loss to Akron." Same title you 'd see in the Columbus Dispatch.
