a-zip Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 How great an addition would Romeo ultimately be to our coaching staff. Build the family..............http://www.gozips.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_...;ATCLID=1399150 Quote
Blue & Gold Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 Good for Romeo. I guess that makes me one of the "older people?" Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 My son is in a 1st/2nd grade basketball league. We play games on Saturday, and have clinics on Wednesdays. Travis was a "guest instructor" at his clinic last Wednesday. He works really well with the little kids...he's a lot more personable than you'd think. I could easily see him coaching one day. Quote
Zip Watcher Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 Are there rules prohibiting him from running with the Zips in practice during the season? Quote
Captain Kangaroo Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 Are there rules prohibiting him from running with the Zips in practice during the season?I ain't no compliance expert...but I recall hearing about all the North Carolina alumns practicing with the Tar Heels every so often, and I know John Stockton still runs with the Zags on occasion, so I think it is ok?Maybe it is only for summer practices, but I think it is anytime? zipboy Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Speaking of the family, I saw Matt Futch at the VCU game. He looks even slimmer now than during his senior year. And I thought that I had a Darryl Peterson sighting about a month back. Quote
