That could be true. But I wouldn't say that it's visible. Late in the season, Nick was at one of our homes games (I don't know if anyone else saw him). My wife and I were lingering around on the edge of the floor after the game chatting with some people, and Nick was over there near the locker room entrance waiting for Keith to come out for his radio interview. When he came out, they hugged each other and looked genuinely happy to see each other.

Skip, I can't think of a higher calling than to discover the source of these cookies. God speed you in your mission. It's nice to see the Groce family on social media getting acclimated with the University of Akron. Mrs. Groce has posted a few pictures in and around Akron. Hopefully John is on the road finding us some talent though!

Dunn Martin got 5 rebounds in a pickup game last week. Maybe we should have been playing him down low more.

I mean... Didn't you do the same thing there? Listen, I was wrong to bash Dials based on what I've heard instead of my personal experience. I will always hold my opinions, but saying what I did didn't contribute to the conversation. That's why I've owned that mistake. I think we both bring good insight and that we're better than my comments on Dials and yours on Dambrot's staff. At this point, if you'd like to discuss further, feel free to message me, but I'm done discussing it here. Let's get back to constructive debate.

Thanks for the perspective brought to this thread regarding my comment on Antino's actions at the presser. Many of you are right. I do not know the circumstances and have been quick to judge. This transition has been different than any coaching change I have ever experienced. Some stupid things have been said on this thread I believe more out of frustration than insight. My comment can be lumped in the former category also. I regret it. I'm going to trust that Groce has a plan and he is working on it. That's all we can ask of a new coach. The rest is just guessing and that can get us all into trouble and not help the progrum.

I'm not sure what to say when someone bashes the former staff and proposes we add Nick Dials in the same post.

Switch Ivey and Utomi and I think you are on point. IMO, Ivey is a 1 or a 3 due to his slashing ability. Utomi, now that there is no way he plays as an out of position 4, is a natural 2. His high-arcing jump shot is basketball orgasim when that goes in (which it does at a high clip). Sales isn't a 5, but between him/Jackson/Williams, somebody will likely have to play some minutes there (barring a JUCO). But, IMO, may not be a horrible thing since this team (especially under Groce) will thrive next year if it can get up and down the court.
