The crowd was great yesterday; and when the boys looked up into the stands all they saw were people that wanted to show support. They had no idea or cared what the count was; and it was enough for them.

LZip thanks for inquiring. Zips 59 iced his ankle yesterday and received treatment this morning. He had a slight gimp yesterday after the game; but a couple hours ago he said he is fine and ready to go. I refrained from telling him to "be careful". ????

I know it's only the Spring Game, but hyped to get an ideal of what 2017 Zips FB will look like. Keeping my expectations realistic....but; I feel a winning season on the horizon. GO ZIPS?

Weather projections; high 60s/low 70s; surely that will encourage some folks to come out. It's FREE, so the price is right. Fingers crossed that there will be a decent size crowd.

Ohio State just announced that they've distributed 82,000 tickets for their Spring Game to be held this weekend. I don't expect that we'll have 30,000 in attendance for the University of Akron Spring Game, but I'm excited to see good robust crowd. Any predictions on the number of Zips fans that will be in attendance next Saturday?

Love that tune? had to close my door to dance around a little bit. Yes, my baby is number 59 and he is enjoying this experience. He didn't play very much last year; but he loves the game and his teammates and by default SO DO I.

Perfect...April 22 is a good date to start something BIG. Farmers Almanac indicates "Showers spread in from the West, quickly followed by improving skies"; and the number 22 is all about balance and precision. Can't wait for this season to unfold?????
