Thats not what I was saying. A side note to having no fans is that games can be cancelled at last moment without having to deal with fans and refunds, etc.

Kent/Miami upcoming football game is cancelled. So Miami may only have 4 games. Hopefully, the basketball teams can keep it together once conference play begins. That's the problem with allowing fans to games. These games could be cancelled at the last minute, etc.

I think the original idea was to do a "test game" for fans but the health departments shot that down.

exactly. was just going to post that St B and Marshall games were merely postponed meanwhile the other teams are rolling along. Please, Toledo even has a game with Cleveland State today. Hell, Kent is at UVA, and at Detroit before having NKU at home. My guess is that Groce didn't want to risk traveling and not for the COVID break out they would have played. MTSU and Marshall. But even before the breakout they were struggling to find teams to play

That was sort of a stop...only because of their penalty. On side note, Kent was at 4th and 1 at Buffalo 17 and went for it and had incomplete pass. Down 35-24

Meanwhile Ohio up up 42-10 at halftime over BG. Buffalo up 34-25 over Kent and still in the first half.
