Right these total wins, win streaks, and KDs infamous "20" win seasons are fuzzy math, garbage in/garbage out stuff. Throw in some D3s, some low level MAC competition, etc. and next thing you know you have a record. I'm not diminishing what this team or any other team did. These #s are good for low-information fans and the media. If I were to tell someone Akron set record for most wins in a season, the response back usually isn't "But SUNY Brockport."
Zips had their best first half and worst second half. If that happens in Cleveland, they will be toast. 63 points (when is last time THAT happened) and many, many boneheaded turnovers. Yes, refs made some bad calls, but they put themselves in the position where the refs could make a difference. FTs count like any other point and those won them the game.

Not looking past Eastern or Western @ 11am on a Thursday. BTW. If there is a betting scandal with EMU, would hope whoever is investigating finds out truth before they take a spot in Cleveland
Watching some of the "around the MAC" games, I noticed that other coaches seem to like Ball State's Lewis but can't stand Tod. You can see it when all these guys shake hands at end of the games.
Hornbeak was in the game when Kent was dominating inside and went up 10 (?) late in 2nd half. Watching reply, announcers were wondering why he wasn't in during crunch time.

Three games left, and I can't figure the seeding out other than Akron and Miami will be one and two or two and one.
