Hearing "Jatavious" drove me crazy.

I can only speak from personal experience. Local council people do not represent my behavior or beliefs. I simply do not see this type of behavior in Akron. I was told by my Black Drill Instructor that we are all the same color- we're just light green and dark green. My best friend in boot camp was Black. My best friends throughout the Marine Corps were both second generation American Mexican. Its offensive when you tell me the people in Akron are racist. Simply offensive. You would never be unwelcome in my home.

That's disappointing. I see the exact opposite every day. I live and work in Akron. I officially call you out.

How long ago was this? And what establishments? Often? You have grounds for a major lawsuit. Please provide examples. I seriously cannot believe your claim.

If true, this is disappointing he feels like he let his teammates down. He did 2 or 3 tours in Afghanistan. He has the right to express his beliefs as well. It doesn't go just one way. As a Marine with one tour in Iraq, I feel I'd have done the same even if none of my coworkers decided to participate. They have no idea what he's been through as a Veteran.

It would be interesting to see where Asians are on this graphic. I believe they earn more and have more wealth than Whites.

I think Woodson will be fine. He had equally bad numbers last year at Wisconsin and then threw for 390 and 4 touchdowns the next week at Marshall.

Agreed that Troy and Iowa State will be a better overall indication, but holding Oklahoma to 22 yards rushing on 17 carries in the first half that year showed the talent level we had on the line. Regardless of stats, our line was fast and dominant overall in the first half of that game until fatigue set in due to endless 3 and outs by our offense. Compare that to last year's Wisconsin game where we got pushed around from the start, before anyone had a chance to get tired.

There seems to be a lot of talk from GT and the coaches about the defense returning to its 2015 level of play. The first half of this game should give us some insight. I remember being impressed with how well the D played in the first half of the 2015 game against Oklahoma and knew they had something special. Last year against Wisconsin, the D looked overwhelmed from the beginning of the game. I suspect our secondary will be as good or better than 2015, but I don't see the D line being quite as good. For as great as Jatavis Brown was that year, Grice and a healthy Marcus in my opinion made that defense what it was.

This is the reason my wife and I watch the games at home now. We got tired of cheering loud only to have people look back and stare at us. I prefer to stay at my house and cheer where we will not be judged.

It is better in that Akron's starters can stay on the field longer before subbing out. For Wisconsin it is not as critical that their starters stay on the field because they have more depth.
